Our Team

Dr. Elle Fazlalizadeh graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then earned her doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston, College of Optometry. During the course of her externships, Dr. Fazlalizadeh was trained in multi-disciplinary clinic settings, hospital settings, and surgery centers. While serving at Northeastern State University Surgical Clinic in Oklahoma, Dr. Fazlalizadeh preformed several laser procedures such as: selective laser trabeculoplasties, YAG-peripheral iridotomies, and YAG-capsulotomies. While serving at the Golden Eye Clinic in north east Texas, she was under intense optometric training with emphasis in primary care, pediatric care, glaucoma, ocular pathology, ocular trauma, cataract and refractive surgery co-management. 

Dr. Fazlalizadeh is an active member of the Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. Outside of private practice, Dr. Fazlalizadeh has served as an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Jimmy has been part of the TSO Spring family since 2018 and part of the TSO network for several decades. As our very own lab technician, he is behind the scenes edging, drilling, and mounting glasses with great precision and accuracy.

Although semi-retired, his passion for eyecare keeps him active in our practice and community!
 

Thomas has been part of the TSO Spring team since it first opened in 2011. As the lead optician and lab manager, he enjoys all aspects of the optical field from frame styling to edging lenses. He has been part of the optical industry since 2008.

Outside of work Thomas enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family.

Joyce has been in the eyecare industry since 1999. She has worked in varying practice modalities, in different roles and in different parts of Texas such as Abilene and Midland. As a seasoned optician she enjoys frame styling patients in the best eyewear suited for their needs and seeing their reactions to their new glasses.

As a mom of one, in her spare time she enjoys shopping, spending time with her 2 dogs, sleeping and going to church.

Jamya joined our practice in 2024 and quickly filled the position as lead paraoptometric. With a deep passion for healthcare, she is aspiring to attend nursing school. In our practice you will find Jamya’s bubbly personality permeated in all patient encounters.

Marina joined our practice in 2022. She has made it her priority to ensure that all patients are treated as family and receive exceptional care from the moment they call.

Since joining our team, she has enjoyed learning all aspects of optometry, especially building patient connections.

Outside of work you can find Marina at the gym or spending time with family.

Dahiana has been part of the TSO family since 2025. Although new to our practice she has several years of experience in eyecare. As a clinic technician she cares for patients by making sure each visit runs smoothly and comfortably. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is able to connect with and support a diverse range of patients striving to make a positive impact every day.

When not at work, you can usually find her spending time with her dogs. They bring a lot of joy to her life and keep things fun and active!

Tori joined our practice as a clinic technician in 2024. Although new to healthcare she is not new to our practice. Tori has seen the patient experience first hand as a patient of TSO. Quality patient care is her main commitment, and this is undeniable with her friendly and kind personality.

With a passion for science, she is studying Biology with the aspiration to be part of the healthcare industry long-term.

On her days off she loves to spend time with her family and dog. She enjoys reality tv.
